- Global real estate manager Quay Global Investors, a Bennelong boutique, has been awarded its first Australian institutional global property equity mandate by Avant.
- Established in 2013, Quay oversees client assets of circa $AUD180m from Australian investors (as at 31 August 2019).
Commenting on the appointment, Avant’s Chief Investment Officer, John Lucey, said, “Avant is delighted to be Quay’s first institutional client”.
